Collection: Premium heavy 300GSM- pro inkjet photo print
This applies to SKU's for heavy 66234 matt and 66234G glossy
Why should I consider using these 'Premium' grade products? If you want the best possible print output there are several factors that you need to consider. Firstly the more opaque the (highest blockout). The more opaque the less light can get in from behind - if you print is being place on a variegated surface, then some of this background may appear on the print - which is of course not desirable.
The thickness of the film is increased and so the opacity will also increase.
Under some circumstances the thickness of the sheets may increase the probability of printer jams when the printer's sheet feeder is in use.
Many printers also have a bypass level where the paper is fed through the printer in a manner which reduces the possibility of printer jams - Where a bypass is provided then hand feeding individual sheets may be possible.
We also have a range of 'thin' / more flexible sheets that can allow you to stack some number of sheets in the sheet feeder which will make the print runs much faster.
NOTE: More ink does not necessarily better. Inkjet papers (film) have special surfaces that allow ink to soak into the inkjet printable area. For most situations it is not necessary to change the printer setting to 'Photo Paper' this causes LOTS of ink to be pumped out to the print - often 'normal or Inkjet paper settings will work better AND as there is less ink, then the print can look GREAT whilst there is no excess ink that can cause bleeding.
